FREE PERSONALIZED ENGRAVING

This is a new iPhone 5 Case that is laser engraved with the image that you see in the photo.  We will laser engrave your name or any other words that you want below the image for FREE.  Just send the text that you want at the time of purchase and we will laser etch it right on the back of the case.  We will use font as shown in the photo unless you specify otherwise.

The case is made of plastic and has a brushed aluminum back panel. 

Colors available are:  Green, Pink, Gold, Dark Blue, Purple, Rose (a pinkish-red color), Light Blue, and Black.  The engraved area of the case is white in color.

Please don't forget to tell us:  1) the color of the case that you want  2) The personalized text that you want.  If you do not want any personalized engraving, please tell us "no personalized engraving".  See below FAQs on how to contact us for your personalization request.

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Is this really an aluminim case?
    • It is a combiniation of plastic and metal.  The main case housing is made of plastic and the back panel is made out of a layer of brushed aluminum.
  • How do I tell you my choice of color or personalized text?
    • Easy:  You can leave a "message to seller" during the paypal checkout process OR you can leave an eBay message after purchase.
  • How do I know if you received my personalization request?
    • We will contact you if we did not receive your request or if we are unclear on your request.  We will not ship your order unless we know what case color and personalized text you want, so if you do not hear back from us, you can assume that we have received your request.
  • How many lines of text can I have?
    • You can have up to TWO lines of engraved text.
  • How many letters can I have on each line?
    • You can engrave up to 20 letters on each line.
  • Is all engraving and personalization free?
    • Yes - all engraving and personalization is included in the price. 
  • Can the engraving or text be a color other than white?
    • No - because this is an engraved product, the color of the text cannot be changed.
  • I want a custom image.  Can you engrave a custom image for me - for example, my company logo?
    • Yes - but the price is a little more expensive for this service.  Please contact us for details.
  • Will this fit the iPhone 3 or 4?
    • No - it only fits the iPhone 5. But we do sell phone covers for many other phones.  Please see our ebay store for our full selection of phone cases.
  • I forgot to tell you my choice of color or personalized engraving during checkout.  What do I do?
    • Don't worry, just send us an eBay email telling us what you want.  We will not ship your order until we know what color and personalized engraving you want.  Please do not send a message to the same email address that you sent your paypal payment to.  These emails will not be read in a timely manner.
     
    Please note that we normally do not respond back confirming that we have received your personalization requests.  Please know that we will NOT ship your case unless we know what case color and personalized message you want.  If we have any questions we will contact you and if you do not hear back from us, you can assume that we received your request.
