Return Policy:  

• Before you make a purchase from our store please make sure this item is what you need as our return policy does not allow returns because the buyer does not like the product.

• We offer a 14-day DOA (Dead On Arrival) return period on these items.  For an item to be considered DOA, it must not be functioning correctly as the manufacturer intended.   For refurbished and scratch and dent items, minor cosmetic blemishes (scuffs, scratches, dents, etc.) do not qualify for a DOA return.   Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.  Buyers should contact us within 14 days of your receipt of the item or the return will be denied.  After 14 days, buyers should contact the manufacturer for any issues with the product.  We may ask you to explain the problem over the phone before authorizing the return.  This allows us to troubleshoot the problem and avoid returns for items that are not actually DOA.  Once we approve the return and give you an RMA number, we will also provide a pre-paid return shipping label so you do not have to pay for shipping.  Once we have received the returned item and verified that it has not been physically damaged by you or the shipping company, we will fully refund your original purchase price or, if we have available stock, you may choose an exchange for another of the same item.

• If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours and we will file a claim with the shipping company.  

• International Buyers, please check with Lenovo in your country to make sure they will honor the international warranties on this specific brand or model.
