Orders placed before 1.00PM on a working day will
be dispatched the same day.
We use the following courier services.
Courier - Deliveries are usually made with My Hermes which has a delivery time of
3 – 5 days. NEXT DAY SERVICE AVAILABLE JUST ASK FOR QUOTE

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the
following Postcode prefixes

BEFOREHAND YOUR PARCEL MAY BE DELAYED PENDING AN EXTRA PAYMENT FOR DELIVERY
Please be aware that at peak delivery times e.g. Christmas and New Year
and at Bank Holidays deliveries can be delayed. To avoid disappointment at these
times please order parts with plenty of notice as we can only ensure that parts
are dispatched on time but will not be responsible for any delays
with the couriers or post.
Returns
Policy:
If we've listed an item incorrectly we will offer either an alternative
replacement or refund and we will pay for carriage for the return of the
item.
If a part is delivered damaged, you must notify us within 24hrs of
receipt of the part in order for us to make a claim against courier.
If you've ordered the wrong part and the listing is accurate or simply
no longer need the part, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
However you must cover the cost of returning the part by a signed for and
traceable service. Carriage will not be refunded. The part will then be
inspected. A minimum 15% restocking charge will be levied to cover transaction
charges and up to 25% will be levied if any repacking is required.
If a part has been fitted and is not faulty there will be no refunds
whatsoever.
This part is covered by a 12 months / 12,000 mile manufacturer’s
warranty for domestic use. If you have a problem with a part you must
contact us first before taking any action as some suppliers need to inspect
parts on the vehicle. Failure by you to contact us before taking action may
lead to invalidation of some or all of the warranty.
We will not be liable for any damages to returned parts during transit.
Please ensure any returned items are packaged well.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above.
