A vintage Scandinavian folk art wall plate or pin dish. Made by Arabia Finland in 1981,  this plate is entitled "A Change in Generations" designed by Andreas Alariesto.

"I made these pictures because the present and the coming generation know nothing at all of the past and the life in olden times. And one of these days my paint brush will be set aside too". ~ Andreas Alariesto
