Shipping in the U.S. is by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Item usually ships within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Shipping Insurance is not offered. However, delivery is guaranteed. This means that for US shipments, we guarantee the US Postal Service will record delivery within 10 working days (every once in a great while it takes that long, even though we ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment). If they do not record delivery within 10 working days, we will reship your order on request. However, once the US Postal Service records delivery, our delivery guarantee is satisfied, and our shipment obligation has ended.
