Please can we point out - the buyer who left the one star rating on the "eBay product rating" purchased the Hasselblad Xpan strap to fit his Hasselblad 500cm. Obviously the Xpan has a different connector to the 500cm, and despite us exchanging it, he felt he needed to leave the one star rating.
