Item Description: Up for sale is a beautiful set of (6) antique Limoges porcelain cabinet plates manufactured in France by the A. Lanternier Factory between 1891-1914.  The plates have a pale green border with hand-painted fruit and flower designs.  The plates feature a unique form with gold gilt accents and the initials of the artist.  The plates are marked on the base with the A. Lanternier trademark, and overall the plates measure approximately 9 3/8" in diameter.

Item Condition: The overall condition of the lot is excellent.  They are very clean and I see no chips, cracks or repaired areas.  The white areas are still very bright and the hand-painted details are strong with minor rubbing in some areas.  The glaze is glossy with no crazing, and the trademarks are easy to read.  I have quite a few Limoges pieces offered for sale at this time, so please be sure to check out my other auctions for more great items!

Payment Information: Payment must be received within seven days upon close of the auction.  If payment is not received within seven days, an unpaid item dispute will be opened through E-bay to protect ourselves from non-paying bidders.

We are a licensed Pennsylvania Sales Tax vendor and must collect sales tax from any buyer who resides within Pennsylvania.  If you have a valid sales tax id number, please provide this number at the time of the sale and we will gladly remove this additional tax.


Shipping Information: We use a dedicated professional shipper for most of our items, because we want your items to arrive safely and well packed.  Please take into account shipping charges when you purchase one of our items.  Our shipper charges for the box, packaging materials, time invested in packaging your item, and exact delivery costs.

We will combine shipping if you purchase multiple items from us.  We only use United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service for delivery of our packages.  The shipping charge that is quoted is based upon current shipping rates, the weight of your item, and the zip code where the package is being delivered.

Please note that a handling fee is included with your shipping quote.  A great deal of time and mileage is spent acquiring quality items to bring to the market place. Our items are cleaned, researched, professionally photographed, and handled with care from purchase to delivery.  Handling fees start at $2.75 and will not exceed $6.00.

According to E-bay policy we are also required to obtain signature confirmation for any item selling for more than $250.00.  This will also be charged on your final invoice in the case that something does happen in transit.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.


Return Policy: If in the event something should happen to your item in transit regarding damage or loss, please contact the shipper immediately and then e-mail us and we will work with you during the claims process.

We attempt to describe the type and condition of the item that is for sale to the best of our ability.  Please note that we are not experts in all categories, so it is the buyer's responsibility to ask questions or request photographs prior to the close of the auction.  If the item is not what you expected to receive, and has been grossly misrepresented, you may return the item for a full refund equal to the closing price of the auction.  To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition that it was originally listed.  Replacement items are unacceptable forms of reimbursement.  Requests for a refund must be received within 3 days of the item being delivered.
