Returns

At The Footie Shop our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund. Please contact us first so we can issue you with a returns number.

Faulty items within 28 days of purchase will be replaced if in stock or refunded if out of stock.

Outside the 28 days, faulty items need to be directed to the manufacturer to exercise your warranty. Refunds will be given as money back or an exchange.
