If your payment has not been received within 2 days from the close of the auction/sale, we will open a resolution case for cancellation or the transaction to recover the final value fee charged to us by your winning the item and you will receive a notice from eBay. By non-payment within 4 days we are released from any obligation to sell to you.

Returns

If you're not pleased with your purchase, we will refund the product price less a 15% restocking fee within 14 days. Product must be in its original condition, including the box and packaging. Damaged merchandise is not eligible for returns. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
