We ship all orders out on the day of purchase free of charge to the UK if ordered before 4pm GMT.

- UK orders are sent out free via Next Day Special delivery.

- International orders are sent out using Track & Signed delivery and usually takes 3-5 working days.

We are not able to refund or replace any damaged dies or die sets that we believe have already been used in a machine or used manually as we are unable to determine whether the metal has been weakened.
