Buyers need to understand that all items listed are used unless otherwise stated and described to the best of our abilities.  We are glad to answer any questions about any of our listed items and all items are in 100% working order when packaged and shipped.  We understand that anything can happen during shipping and will stand behind our product.  You as the customer have to understand that you are buying an electronic devise that has electronic components, so be prepared to help us troubleshoot any problem that may arise.  99% of problems are solved in a very short time over the phone.

Shipping

·         If an item arrives in a damaged container or box, buyer is responsible to contact us immediately.  We may require pictures before and during unpacking to ensure we properly handle any claim that may need to be filed.

·         We recommend saving any and all packaging materials for 3-5 days in the event of a problem.
