Please Note, in the event that the item you ordered is no longer available, we will promptly get in touch with you, issue a full refund to your PayPal account and retire the item from our listings

1-Payments:

We accept online payments via PayPal only.

2- Shipping:

We ship via USPS (post office) Ground for small items that fit into a padded envelope.  For larger items, they are shipped FedEx or UPS to the Continental US only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APOs. Items ship out within 1-2 business days. All shipments shipping out of the country ship on Thursdays, once a week. Orders may take longer due to customs, so plan on extra time for delivery. We do not do rush shipments or overnight express.

3- Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days after the buyer receives the merchandise. The returned merchandise should look like new, with the original packaging. We cannot return an item that has been used or damaged. Only the merchandise amount will be refunded, buyer will pay for any return shipping charges.  Include in the return, the eBay item #, your screen name, your real name, your shipping address and any other information so we can process the return quickly

4- Exchanges:

All exchanges must be notified and authorized by the sales representative within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or defective merchandise will only be replaced if it was not due to alteration, improper use or installation. Picture proof will be necessary.

5- Contact Information:

My eBay store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but I do not.  I work 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 7am to 6pm. I check emails every day first thing in the morning. I do not work weekends or holidays. Some emails may take up to 3 days to be answered due to falling on non-working days and weekends.

6- Part information:

Our descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; we have over 40 years’ experience with muscle cars, restoration, manufacturing and general automobile knowledge. We encourage you to do your homework before you purchase parts to make sure you are completely confident with your purchase. The compatibly chart is Just a guide and not fact.  We do not reimburse shipping for any reason. If in doubt please ask questions. We will be happy to assist with your purchase and share our vast experience. Some of our parts may fit more or less applications than listed. As a rule of thumb please look at your existing part as a base line. We will not be responsible if an item does not fit as most cars are now 40 years old and have been modified over the years.
