Returns policy

To return your item for a refund or exchange.

We offer free returns when an error in your order has been made by us (Intrend Clothing). If you require an exchange or refund due to the wrong sizes or item being ordered then the return postage is your responsibility. You can return or exchange any goods purchased from Intrend Clothing within 14 days of you receiving them. It’s easy to return your goods, Simply fill in the returns form with your reason for the return and select the appropriate box stating exchange or refund. Post the returns parcel to; InTrend Clothing: Returns, 11 Main Street, Stonnall, WS9 9DU. Please allow 7 days for your parcel to be received by us and your refund to be processed and showing in your account. In the event of you requesting an exchange, but we do not have the stock, a refund will be issued.
