Our bread making kit contains the basic essentials to get you started on your bread baking journey. Ideal as a gift for the aspiring baker.

Our bread making kit includes:

 A 500g wood pulp banneton to support the dough during it’s final prove, giving it that wonderful artisan look. Available in a choice of shapes.

A dough scraper for lifting and cutting dough.

A dough scoring lame with a curved stainless steel blade to slash the dough before baking, allowing it to rise evenly.

A proving cloth/tea towel to keep the dough moist while proving. 100% natural cotton, 185gsm, approximately 48cm x 80cm (sizes can vary slightly).

A basic yeasted dough recipe to get you started as well as a basic sourdough recipe and instructions on the care and use of the banneton.
