Lego Coast Guard Set 6353: Coast Guard Cutter.  All pieces are present, however, there are no stickers on winged pieces (look like triangles).   There is also a windscreen missing in the picture, but it is included!  

I rebuild by hand.  Will be shipped as complete as possible, but likely will not stay together completely.  

No instructions or box, but I can show you were to get a PDF of the instructions online (very easy!).
