We only ship to PayPal confirmed address. For international buyers, we only ship to PayPal verified users. So before bidding, please kindly verify your PayPal account.

Our transport services is with tracking number. Shipping confirmation e-mail including Tracking Number and Tracking Website , it will be sent after item is shipped.
We are not responsible for possible duty, tax or any charges in the buyer's country, We do not charge you any sales tax, customs duty is the obligation and liability of a citizen, in your country, so you should be responsible for any taxes incurred.

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction closing.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine how much these additional cost would be prior to bidding/buying.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 14 days to get a replacement or refund. Buyers should be responsible for the cost of return shipping charge. Before sending the item back, please contact us.
If any goods received are visibly damaged or different to what was described, please email us within 48 hours upon its arrival. We are happy to arrange an exchange.
We will offer replacement or refund (base on different condition to issue partial or full refund) for all DEFECTIVE items (not including damage resulting from accidents/abuse/misuse/improper care). A photo is needed for our reference beforehand.
NO return or exchange will be accepted after 14 days from the date of the item received.
