You are purchasing a Vintage Dollhouse Artist Crystal Chandelier Ornate 6 Light Electric Gorgeous  made by Phyllis Tucker measures 4.5"x2.75". Its a brass and the arms are a softer metal you can move them. Its a fabulous detailed ornate piece and will display beautifully. Its made of real crystal is an elaborate design. It has a wires no prong and I know nothing about how they work. This is from my moms estate and her old dollhouse store she had from the 70s to the 90's. I remember these beautiful lights being displayed in her store I just found a large box of these lights in her inventory. It has been displayed as there is wax on the top but is in excellent condition. The ceiling top and hook is still in the original plastic sealed. I do not know how to test to see if the bulbs still work or need to be changed since they are vintage. One of the wicks on top of the candle is missing there is a small portion there. There is very minor tarnish to the metal and very minor age minor soil pick up. Its a gorgeous displayable item. The top still has some wax. All crystals are there.
