Postage Charges
I do not make money off postage charges and try to be fair. If the item is value is below £20.00 I will send 2nd class ordinary mail and obtain proof of postage.
If the item value is above £20.00 I will send it 2nd class signed for this is because Royal Mail will not pay our for lost items over the value of £20.00 unless they are sent as signed for.
If the item value is over £50.00 then it will be sent as tracked mail and will be priced accordingly.
If the item postage costs less than I have charged which sometimes happens with items that go to auction then I will refund you the difference.
Please note I do not charge for packaging and where possible will always reuse packaging to save on costs and the planet. In some case boxes may be flat packaged to keep posting charges low.
If you want to order more than one item then in most cases I will not charge any extra postage except where the increase in weight or item value takes the postage charge up a level. If you think this might be the case please let me know.
Please note there is a Royal Mail limit on the sending of perfumes to 100ml and or 4 bottles and I have to stick to this or Royal Mail will not guarantee to pay out should the items go missing.
Overseas buyers please note I will only send items overseas via eBay's Global Shipping program. Please do not purchase unless you are using this or it is going to a UK address.
Under no circumstances can perfumes be sent overseas. Royal Mail will destroy them and I will be liable to prosecution. (I know it is sad but there's nothing I can do.)
Feedback
I appreciate you leaving feedback as it lets me know the item has arrived safely. I will always leave feedback. If there is a problem with your item I would appreciate you letting me know before leaving feedback and I will do my best to rectify it. If your item hasn't arrived after 5 days I would advise that you first check with your local sorting office to see if they have tried to deliver your item and not left a card. This does sometimes happen.
