 This is a direct replacement for the subwoofer on the rear shelf of the ls430 Lexus.

As you know, they rip, on the outer edges as seen in the photos and aren't cheap to replace. Sometimes they simply don't work, even if they aren't ripped and look ok.

This is a direct fit including the bracket. It simply unbolts with 4x10mm bolts and unplug the connector. It's a simple as that ........

Subwoofer may differ in style/design due to availability of the speaker at time of purchase, I am currently have a good stock of the all black one as shown in the pictures, so these are currently being used. They Still mount in exactly the same way as the genuine fittings and are uprated to 800w 

The sound produced is fantastic, you probably don't even realise just how damaged your subwoofer is........
