Race suit by name...race suit by nature, the Motegi is a racing/performance riding suit which just happens to share it's name with a little known race track that some may of heard about - Motegi, Japan’s legendary twin ring race circuit!
With such big boots to fill, Alpinestars have combined the latest innovations in protection and construction with the highest quality materials to create the Motegi one piece leather suit. The Motegi shares the same specification in terms of protection nd quality as the 'Carver' one piece, but with a few differences, one being its TPR shoulder reinforcement instead of the Carver's silicone embossed type. The other main difference is the suits styling, with it's T-Dyno'esque appearance, the suit looks both modern and fresh, but with a familiar feel. It's cut and styling provide a performance / race fit that's perfect for being worn and ridden with today's cutting edge sport bikes...either on or off the track. Designed to offer optimum protection and comfort to meet the demanding conditions of track and performance riding the Motegi is bursting with some of the very latest features and levels of protection we've come to expect form one of Alpinestars top-end suits.
The suits main construction is from premium 1.3mm full grain leather, with a multiple-stitched main seam construction for maximum tear resistance, while it’s removable/washable mesh liner ensures the suit always remains fresh and comfortable. Strategically placed, reinforced Aramidic fibre stretch panels ensure a custom fit, whilst a full range of CE certified GP / GP-R protectors provide superior levels of impact protection. Also present in this suits design is the ‘Snap-In’ connection system for the CE level 2 Bionic race back protector.
