Case and case back are in good condition other then 2 small dents in back (see photos).
Inner case back marked: "Patek Philippe & Co. -Geneve- Swiss Ref. 2464 657839"
and is stamped with 0.750 and a profile of Helvetia (the Swiss hallmark for 18K gold).
There are 2 additional small Helvetia stamps one on the side of the case and one on the back of one of the lugs.

which is adjusted to heat cold isochronism and 5 positions. Fausses cotes plate decoration. Movement was
produced for the American market and bears the import mark of Henry Stern & Co. (HOX).
Movmt Condition: very good, sets, runs and keeps time.

Dial is in good condition and is signed "Tiffany & Co. Patek Philippe Geneve" under the 12 position.
