Super rare set - hard to find in any condition.

Includes original instructions. I try to detail everything so you won't be disappointed.

Extras and replacement details:
  • Includes the very rare Cypress tree - worth £12-15 alone
  • Some extra flowers are included.An extra Bookshop brick is included (1x6).
  • One of the women has the a different colour torso which matches the book keeper.
  • The roads are 80's with bike lane, but the original didn't have the bike lane.
  • The book store stickers have come loose, and the carnival sticker is missing.
  • The top of the castle has a white plate instead of yellow.
  • The fish and chip shop counter is black but should be red. Some of the red 1x3 pieces in the fish shop have been substituted with other red pieces of the same era.

    • Missing the following:
  • 1 man (white body) with a top hat is missing, 1 large red door and 1 black car door. 
  • Top of one of the street lamps should have 2 sloped black pieces. Instead has 2 flat 1x2 black pieces from same era.

    • I have tried to mention as much as I know. These issues are very minor in the scheme of things. Great opportunity to own a very scarce set.
