We hold considerable stocks and will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours Monday to Friday Our standard free shipping option is by Royal Mail 48 which normally takes 3-5 days. If you would like your item a little quicker Royal Mail 24 is available taking 1-2 days. For urgent orders please choose the expedited guaranteed next day service which is Royal Mail Special Delivery We also offer a standard delivery tracked service if you prefer to follow your orders progress. Tracked services also include an SMS to provide you with delivery information. All international deliveries are by Royal Mail airmail. We recommend signed for airmail for all international orders as this service is tracked and offers compensation if your order is lost.

PAYPAL is our preferred method of payment.

UK customers may also pay by personal cheque or postal order made payable to Undercover Ltd.

Overseas customers must use PAYPAL.

Returns Policy

Should you be unhappy with your purchase,for any reason,you may return it for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price ( less p&p cost ) within 14 days of receipt.We regret that briefs,thongs and other items of an intimate nature cannot be returned,for hygiene reasons.

Please Note. Items must be returned in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags still attached and all original packaging intact.

If you require an exchange there will be no additional postage charge.

Refunds will be given in the same way as the original payment ( i.e. card payments will be refunded to the card used in the original transaction ).

Before returning any item,please email first and obtain proof of postage,so that you can claim if the item should be lost in the post.

Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except where a faulty or incorrect item has been supplied...
