Antique 19th Century Rank Badge Embroidery - Dragon with Gold & Silver Threads

This Chinese panel measures 11 inches by 9 1/2 inches

There is a Dragon in the centre 

I do not believe the photographs I have taken show that it is quite dark in colour - I think the threads are gold and silver ones - the whole embroidery has been done on a very fine black material. The dragon's eyes are black but slightly raised from the tapestry.

There is no backing like the other two similar items I have on Ebay - this is missing.

There does not seem to be any damage to the embroidery - it is very finely worked with the tiniest of stitches used.
