Where is my package?
1. We update shipping information and send tracking numbers to eBay as soon as your order is processed. If you do not receive communication from eBay with these updates, first check your eBay account. If you cannot find this information, please contact us and we will help you.
2. If your order was shipped via USPS First Class Mail you should receive it within 5 Business Days from date of shipment. If it has been longer than 7 days, please check with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the package for you. Many Postal workers do not feel comfortable leaving packages when no one is home and may have left a pick up notice in your mail box.
