To help us achieve these goals please ensure that you return any non-working or defective electronics back to Red-Door-Tech at no cost to you. If you prefer you may also feel free to recycle such materials to any local R2 or e-Stewards certified recycler.

Shipping

We offer 1 day handling and free USPS Priority shipping on all US orders. We reserve the right to combine purchases for shipping purposes. If you require upgraded shipping please contact us and we can quote you upgraded pricing or use your FedEx or UPS shipping account. Please make sure your paypal shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any loss in transit if a wrong address is provided. After your order is shipped, the tracking number will be added to your eBay order for you to track .

Payment

All orders shipped withing the state of Indiana are subject to the 7% IN sales tax rate.

Returns

Red-Door-Tech offers 30-day return on its products unless otherwise stated in the listing. Returns must be arrive in the same condition as when they were received by the customer. We will not accept returned items that show signs of tampering or damage due to customer abuse. Original packing slip must be included with returned item in order to ensure that we match returns to the right customer. Contact us to coordinate return shipping before proceeding with shipment.
