You have found the missing piece to your China Collection! Here is a Large Hand Painted Decorative Plate from Elite Works, Limoges, France (1920-1932). The pattern features Lavender or Light Purple Anemonies or Poppies with a Wide Gold Embellished Rim. The signature on the front looks like Riguel.
