The Weatherbeeta Polar Fleece Cooler Combo is constructed in a warm and lightweight fleece fabric with an anti-pill finish to help prevent bobbling. This cooler is breathable and wickable, keeping your horse comfortable and dry, making it ideal for travelling, cooling or as an under rug. The nylon lining on the shoulders helps to prevent stretching and rubbing. It fastens at the front with two adjustable chest straps, and has low cross surcingles and a fillet string.

Delivery
At Go-Equestrian we understand that when you place an order you want your goods to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss.
Depending on the item and service you select at checkout, the estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days. If for some reason you have not received your product within 7 working days (or the next day, if this service is selected at checkout) then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you. If you require an item to arrive with you quickly we would recommend that you choose a guaranteed next working day delivery service, but please ensure you place your order before 11am for same day dispatch and that you are available the next working day to receive for your delivery (please note our next day couriers do not work Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
International Shipping .
All international shipments will be sent via Royal Mail 'International Signed For' or 'Airmail' service depending on location. This method carries a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If you would like the tracking number then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns
At Go-Equestrian customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded the very same day we receive it back from you. Please contact us before you decide to send an item back as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. Please note, all items must be returned in their original packaging. We can issue a full refund if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. Alternatively we can issue replacement items up to 28 days from receipt. If a product is faulty or damaged then a replacement will be shipped the same day it is received back by us, or a refund given upon the safe return of the original item. Please contact us to inform us that you wish to return your items. Also please ensure that the item is return in sufficient packaging (the original packaging is an acceptable standard).
Unwanted Goods
If your goods are no longer wanted you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. The only cost you will incur is the price of the return shipping and the original postage on sending the item out. Please contact us to inform us you wish to return the goods and we will send you a returns form.
Items ordered in error.
On the chance you ordered the wrong product we will happily exchange the product for the correct item charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt should you wish to do this. Please note that in some cases you may incur additional shipping charges. Order Cancellation If you have placed an order but realised you have either made a mistake or want to cancel the purchase we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
We only ship to the registered address on your PayPal account, please make sure the address is correct before confirming your order. We will not be able to refund or replace your order if the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or road name. Please make sure you check your address carefully before confirming the order.
