1992 Metro Toy Dancing Truck Car Calls out "Hot Dog"  Music w/Orig Box

Up for sale, I have a vintage 1992 Metro Toy that calls out the sounds/music that it is supposed to but the item does not move.  You can hear the motor moving but the car doesn't move.  I will leave that up to the buyer to look at.
