These tubes were tested in my Military Hickok Cardmatic to make sure these were perfect.  All the tubes test great.  All 4 of these tubes were made in Holland by Amperex.   They will significantly improve the sound quality of your head phones or amplifier.  They are know for providing a rich, smooth quite sound.  These are the black plate, with the top "D" getter.   
These are getting scarce and are a high end tube used by most of the professionals.   Great for any high end audio amplifier or set of head phones.  These tubes are what audiophile enthusiasts are looking for.  They can be used as driver tubes in your amplifier. The tubes will come in the Amperex 5654 boxes, with Amperex sleeve, as shown in the photos.   This is how I received the tubes from the radio store I bought out.  I will pack carefully & ship very quickly.
