**Please note:** There are many dolls to list and most were never undressed. Clothing may or may not have stained other clothing or body parts. You agree to purchase this doll AS IS. This does not mean it is necessarily damaged.  There are hundreds of dolls being listed and they are not all being undressed to check these things. They usually came straight from box to shelf to be displayed.  We may also miss marks in description. Hair may or may not be "sticky" due to styling gel never being washed out since displayed in original condition usually.  Some hair may be uneven if original style was let out. Some dolls may need a combing. There may be "rubs" (Missing paint) we missed on face, shoes, or underwear (if they have painted on underwear). Doll may or may not be in original clothing. We can undress a doll before shipment if you like and check it for damage. As you can see in my feedback, this is a very unlikely problem. 

Payment:  

Payment is due within two days of auction end. If 4 days pass by without payment, there will be an unpaid item case opened up automatically by Ebay.  

Unless you contact us, it will also automatically close 8 days later, you will receive an unpaid strike, and item will be relisted. We can turn off case once it opens so you have time to pay so it does not automatically close.

Shipping: 

We ship worldwide.  

Shipping is combined to lowest possible price for multiple items. There is no profit made from shipping.  There is a $1-2 handling charge which includes price of box or bubble envelope, wrapping for product, ink, tape, labels, and if you are in the USA, then it is including delivery confirmation charge.

We usually ship same business day or next business day. Shipping is Monday-Friday, as USA postal system is doing away with Saturday mailing.

We are not responsible for slow shipping times. This is the mail system, which we have no control over. Please keep this in mind while leaving feedback.  

Please note shipping to RUSSIA, ITALY, INDIA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, and a few other countries have long shipping times and can take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Sometimes this is the countries customs and others it is just long shipping because of how far from USA it is.

 

Returns: 

We do not accept returns.
Unless we represent the item wrong, please do not ask to return. 

We apologize, but we do not want the items back. 

There is not enough space for that.
