Packaging and Services: We package all our orders carefully with maximum infill around the products. Our team is completely aware of that there is a very high chance of damages to goods while the goods on their delivery. Our packaging standards are as below:
All the goods contain glass bottles will be sent in custom designed boxes. We do not send any items contain glass in bubble bags or seal able bags.
To ensure the maximum security for goods, we use bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, polyethylene foam. Boxes will not be overloaded with packaging.
All perfume boxes must be wrapped with bubble wrap before paced in the boxes then the boxes will be filled with foam packing. Boxes will be filled in each corners for extra security.
Finally the boxes will be sealed all around. Covered to every corner.
We provide a free gift wrapping standard service on all purchases. Our special gift wrapping service is available from £1.99 (including an occasion card, gift bow). Please confirm us your choice after the purchase that you would like to use any of those service by sending us a message. You will be able to add this message while you making the purchase.
All orders placed by 11 am will be dispatched on the same day. We use royal mail for smaller orders, and reputable courier companies for the larger orders.
