PAYMENT:

I prefer cheque and postal orders. but unwillingly HAVE to take paypal (ebay policy)  
If contact has not been made within 3 days after auction end or payment is not received within 7 days then I shall assume the item
is no longer wanted.
I shall then relist the item and file a non payment alert with ebay.

POSTAGE / PACKING

The estimated delivery time is only a guide but 9 times out of 10 you should have recieved your item within 7 days of purchase.
I am happy to combine postage where possible.
I prefer to NOT post internationally (this includes Southern Ireland!!!!) unless the £3.95 insurance/tracking is taken out as the risk of item getting lost is higher
To qualify for PayPal protection that all items are to be sent by recorded delivery with online tracking, as this is the only method by which the location and status of items can be ascertained.
I try to despatch the item either next day or the day after at the latest.
I always keep receipt from post office as proof of postage and willing to send this on in the event of a claim.
I will try and combine postage where possible and reduce if more than one item is won (UK)
Outside uk depends on package weight/size etc.
I will try to get accurate postage price ASAP.
I allow a small amount in the postage to cover packaging materials ie bubble wrap, envelopes, boxes etc.
Please note the recorded delivery option (75p) is recommended. This will give both you and I tracking facility on the Royal Mail website. I appreciate this adds to the cost of the item and I am very sorry about this but a few ebayers have taken advantage of the "I have not received my item-give me my money back ploy"

PLEASE NOTE : IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEM I CAN NOT ACT ON IT UNTIL 15 DAYS AFTER POSTING

RETURNS:

Please email if there is a problem with the item.
I will give you a refund minus all shipping and handling fees once I receive the item back.
If the return is due to an error by me all costs will be issued.

FEEDBACK:

No-one wants bad feedback. I want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.
Once the item has arrived if you have any concerns or problems with your transaction contact me first and let's work it out together.
Abusive emails are alerted to ebay.
When you have left feedback I will leave your feedback usually at following weekend as I have more time due to fulltime work
commitments
