For orders over £30.00 insured mail must be obtained -
If you do not obtain this insurance, there will be no tracking avaliavle and you will have to seek compensation through the mail companies yourself.

I will only chase up lost mail - if you have insured postage cover.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If for some reason you are unhappy that your magazine/item does not match the description offered, we will refund you providing that the magazine/item arrives back in the condition it was sent out in... We will only refund any postage costs if we are at fault... All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
