This is an ORIGINAL 1980's CAPTAIN AMERICA vs ADOLPH HITLER POSTER, which features the cover artwork to the 1941 Golden Age Captain America issue 1 comic book by JACK KIRBY. Not only did this poster feature the art of Jack "King" Kirby, but it was also the very first appearance of the sentinel of liberty Capt America and his partner Bucky Barnes (who later becomes the "Winter Soldier"). Cap is shown punching the Third Reich Nazi fuhrer Adolph Hitler, as German army soldier Nazis try to stop the star spangled Avengers leader.

SIZE, etc: This scarce vintage Marvel Universe Captian America poster measures about 29 inches by 21 1/2 inches. This poster does not show a production year on it, but I believe this poster was produced in the 1980's, because in 1984 Marvel produced other posters showing other Golden Age Timely Comics cover art (featuring Captain America, the Human Torch, and the Submariner from the Invaders) and those posters featured artwork by Golden Age artist Alex Schomburg. In the 1930's and 1940's, Marvel Comics was called Timely Comics.
