All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment, if in the event we are unable to ship the goods you will be kept up to date by email. We use Royal Mail for UK items and boast a 100% delivery rate within 48 working hours of purchase. We ship to Europe, USA, Australia and numerous countries around the world, delivery times are not guaranteed and delays of up to 2 months can be expected to Russia (Russia is a rare situation), but most other countries should see delivery from 1-4 weeks. If a parcel is late of delayed we welcome your communication.

We accept paypal as our primary payment method, if you don't have a paypal account you can still pay for the item using a card then we can help you out with this if you email us after agreeing to buy the item. We also accept cheque, postal order or bank transfer. Payment must be received within 7 days of agreement, please contact us if you have any problems as we are happy to assist.
