FAQs:

What do I need in addition to this control to run my machine?  NOTHING OTHER THAN YOUR MACHINE ITSELF!  This is a complete 3-axis cnc control with design, CAM, and CNC software, motors, drives, 120VAC 10-AMP switched relay outlet and inputs.  This control is assembled, wired, and fully tested.  You will take it out of the box, plug it in, and be able to use it IMMEDIATELY.

Is this fully-licensed software?  YES!!!! We have been an OEM reseller for BobCAD-CAM since 2009.  Other programs included are shareware and may be freely used on other computers.

What is your return and warranty policy?  Software licenses, by their very nature, are not returnable.  Further, we cannot control customer use or further wiring of this.  We stand behind our product and will offer support as needed to help ensure your success but there is no return on this item due to its nature.

How long will it take to get my order?  This control is built, tested, and ready to go as pictured.  We will ship this from Michigan (USA!) within 1 business day.

Can this system be expanded or upgraded?  Yes!  This is a system than can be expanded and upgraded or modified to meet your needs.  For example, we had a customer who used this control setup on a plasma table with a manual torch height control.  When he wanted to upgrade to an automated THC we were able to upgrade his PC while still keeping the original drives and wiring on his machine.
