Large Rare French Art Deco Chrome Flying Cherub Putti Ceiling Light Chandelier.

A very large beautifully detailed balanced French Art Deco chrome flying Putti/Cherub metal ceiling light.

Find your tape measure and check the sizes....he's large...

Cherub measures 13" long from back foot to top of head.

Hand to hand across measures 11.25".

Has a 21.5" drop from ceiling rose to bottom of foot and lower shade.Though could be shortened by up to 7" by removing links.

Shade to shade at widest points measures around 15" across.

An absolute superb addition to any room.

Has a two original French onion glass shades glass (both in good condition with no damage).One has a little loss of white near the fitting rim,which is quite common and can not be seen when in place.

He does have his wings missing...though as you can see he still illuminates/displays very very well.And to be fair does not detract in anyway from this superb light.Even when not lit,he catches the light and reflects beautifully.

Overall condition is very good.Has tarnishing,dulling of chrome in places with a slight stress line on top of right shoulder (see photo 12).Though is very stable...All nothing major,but noted.

Fully working,ready to hang.

Takes two large bayonet bulbs.

Will display superbly in any period,contemporary room setting.

Has wear and tear commensurate with age and use with age related usage wear,marks etc..

Good weight of around 2.25 kilos unwrapped.
