CORBELL & CO. SILVER PLATED TRI-FOOTED WINE COASTER OR TRAY.   Tray is appx 8 inch round, 1 inch tall, weighs 1 lb, 5 oz, has three feet.

 

Definitely a "vintage" piece.  Very ornate floral pattern with some silver loss.  There is a split on the rim on the left side of the maker's mark, age unknown.
