SHIPPING:  Shipping charges, if applicable, are actual USPS (or other service and/or company as indicated in the listing)costs for Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation required and included in the charges. eBay does calculate the shipping charges based on your location and the item weight and size. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  In order to be in compliance with the PayPal seller protection policy, we have to provide proof of delivery. For international shipments, USPS Priority International is the least expensive method that provides that service. Flat rate shipping does not provide the required proof.
