Payment
- I do require immediate payment.
- I only accept PayPal, as this is the most secure and immediate process for both parties.

Despatch & Delivery
- It is My Intention to Dispatch all Orders on the next working day.
- Orders need to be received with cleared PayPal payment before 2:00 pm.
- For Completed Orders received after this time please allow an additional day.
- Although I advise next working day, where possible I will despatch on a Saturday, although this cannot be guaranteed.
- All delivery times are estimated and do not include weekends and bank holidays.
- Unfortunately on rare occasions there may be a delay with the despatch of an order or its delivery. I usually send an update of confirmation when I despatch and where applicable tracking information.
- Most UK mainland orders are delivered within 2-5 working days.
- All goods are suitably packaged to ensure their safe arrival, in most cases using Royal Mail 1st Class Service.
- Goods of a higher value will require a signature at point of delivery.
Returns
Process
- NOT ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO RETURN:
- Please check the Item Listing thoroughly before purchase.
- If you're not completely happy with your purchase, Simply return the product to me.
- Please notify within 14 Days of Receipt and before returning the purchase.
- Notification should be made via EBAY’s Return process.
- Please enclose details of sender complete with reason for return.
- It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition.
- This means that you have kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
- Labels and Tags should still be attached.
- Buyer is responsible for return postage.
- If the return is due to my error, The cost of return postage (cheapest option) will be refundable.
- I will process your refund within 10 days of us receiving the goods back.
- A full refund will be issued in return less original postage costs (usually £4 to £8 as a guide)
