Very Rare MAMIYA 35mm film back with film holder for M645 645 SUPER PRO TL cameras.
Used very little - I do not have a camera to mount this on, but I tested the following:

Adjust ISO dial
Advance film with film advance knob - it stops when frame is properly positioned
Press and HOLD rewind pin on bottom and crank rewind knob - film properly rewinds
Push down and then press door release - back door opens
Squeeze Levers on film holder - holder then is released from the housing
Film loads fine into holder (see last photo to show how film cassette is positioned for loading)
Holder snaps properly into housing - housing door latches properly
Could not test removal of dark slide because I believe that it has an interlock and must be mounted onto camera

All looks good, and the holder is in nice shape - see photos.
