17th century oil on canvas, relined onto panel. Painting was owned by count Gennaro Balsamo and was sold lot 75, in 1906 by auction house Caldarazzo in Naples. Catalogue is held in Netherlands Institute for Art History - RKD. 
Painting is in its original hand carved frame (carved from one piece of wood) but does have a few repairs, please look at photos.
