We are the first one in China start producing Ataforma type mold.   We have several size mexican Paleta, 132ml, 123ml, 117ml, 105ml, 86ml....etc  This 123ml can add filling 35ml. if you need filling, please let me know. We also have stick aligner aluminum material.

Ataforma mold cup thickness is 0.5mm robot welding. Our thickness on cup is 0.55mm, robot welding, very smooth on both cup and panel screen polishing.

Produced within stainless steel AISI 304L 0.55mm with Top to Bottom plasma welding, our molds have plain surfaces screen polished, that do not accumulate residues, thus allowing an easy cleaning, no bacteria.

Advantages: The thickness of stainless steel 0.55mm speeds up freezing and  increased productivity.  Lighter moulds with easy handling.

Regarding packing: one set per carton

After your receive the mold, you have to steam or fumigate it, and after that, put into freezer twice with filling in water. This way is to clean mold before using.

Tell us your paypal email address, we would send invoice through our paypal account for paypal to follow up your order. After we ship molds, we would fill in tracking number on paypal, after molds arrive you, paypal would release us the money.  This way you get buyer protection.
