Dolphin Blue SwimFin

SwimFin is a teaching aid, flotation device and fun water toy all in one. It should be worn high on the back, above the centre of gravity. This way it will ‘suspend’ the child in the water – it will not tip a child forward if worn correctly.

Regular size straps come supplied with each SwimFin.

We aim to dispatch all In Stock items the same day but, occasionally, this is beyond our control and some out of stock products may take longer. All delivery dates are not guaranteed and are estimates only. At the Fitness Store, we will always strive to make sure your goods are delivered within 3-4 working days. We cannot be held liable for delays or damage caused by our courriers Royal Mail, DPD or DHL.

As always, if you have any questions about delivery estimates or tracking your order, feel free to contact one of the team via My eBay.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to your product in transit. Whilst we hope that this does not happen, should your item arrive damaged, please contact your courier.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please contact us before returning any unwanted items to see if we can answer any questions you may have and to help return your return. A full refund (minus the cost of posting the item to you) can be issued for any unused returned goods.

Please contact the Fitness Store before returning any items. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour then a free exchange can be made. Postage will not be free on the return item.

Refunds will be sent to the account original payment method.

When returning goods please enclose receipt, the Return's Note (with the member of staff spoken to on the phone) and all contact details (including daytime phone), credit card details and a note of why the goods are being returned. It is essential that this is filled out and attached to your original receipt when returning the item. If this is not filled in and returned then your request will not be processed. Please be aware that any bag damaged in transit on an airline is the responsibility of the courier and NOT the manufacturer. We advise all customers to report any damage/compensation directly to the courier.

How do I pay?

We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the easiest, quickest and most secure way to pay for your order. We are cannot accept, cheques, postal orders, credit cards or bank transfers.

When will I be charged?

Payment will immediately be charged to your PayPal account. You will receive an email confirming your purchase, which will provide full details of your order. You will also receive a confirmation that we have received your payment from PayPal.
