If, as we expect, you are happy with your purchase, then please do leave us feedback at your earliest convenience. This is the easiest way for us to confirm that you are happy with your purchase. We will always leave feedback in return.

All items are sent the next working day, this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Actual delivery times are the responsibility of Royal Mail, we are not responsible for how long an item takes to arrive, our responsibility is the dispatch time from order.

You will receive a dispatched email from us when your item has been sent. the time it takes for your item to arrive at your door after the dispatch email is the sole responsibility of Royal mail. 

Please remember this when leaving Stars and Feedback.

Royal Mails delivery times vary especially at peak times.

Please Note Second Class post can take up to 2 weeks to arrive but is usually a lot quicker, if your purchase has not arrived after 2 weeks please email us to let us know.

Overseas orders are sent Airmail Small Packet and will take 10-14 days for delivery


Please note that we work Monday to Friday, so if you purchase an item on a weekend and it is personalised the earliest it will be sent will be on the tuesday

If you require the item quickly the only way we can guarantee delivery is to use our courier option which is delivery within 2 days.

Refunds will be not be accepted unless we have sent the wrong garment or size
The item should be in new and unworn condition.
You can return goods for being the wrong colour or size being ordered.
Please note that if we are not at fault you the buyer are expected to pay all P&P costs, this includes the cost of the item being returned and also the cost for us to send the new item back to you.
If we are at fault we will rectify any problem free of charge.
