Condition:  Gem mint pack fresh went from a pack directly into card sleeve easily PSA gradable. Menko cards are very rare at least 500 times rarer than their USA Hasbro counterparts, this is not an exageration, nearly everyone seeing this auction has surely never even heard of them let alone seen some.  In the last 14 years this is the first card I have ever seen.  Menko is a Japanese card game, and are printed on very thick card stock.  They are made by Takara.
