Rare individual focusing model !!! Marineglas - Made for the German Imperial Navy !!! It has no Ranging Reticle. Weight approx. 600g Magnification - 6x Diameter of object lense - 30mm Diameter of exit pupil - 5mm Serial Number: 709984 Military arsenal number: 266936 Year of production: 1917!!! Comes with a later wild-leather pouch and a lanyard. The offered binoculars are in excellent condition. They has been serviced (CLA'd) some time ago and look great for 100 years old binoculars which survived the World War I and II. The body shows some normal sings of use and age like some lost paint and scratches at the body. The optical components and assemblies are good, no fungus, some cleansing / wipe marks and scratches, but this is unavoidable after hundred years of use. The lens coating is slight blotchy. The view is still brilliant and pin sharp. The mechanic for collimation is smooth.
