We offer free and fast Standard Australia Post delivery on all purchases within Australia. All orders received by 3.30 PM AEST, Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received outside of this time frame will be dispatched the following business day. You should expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days from the date of purchase. Depending on the destination it can sometimes take a little longer as our packages go through hand sorting.You will receive an email notification from us when your order has been shipped.Your order will be dispatched to the address you provide at check out, we are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address. For change of mind, your purchase along with the free screen protector and free splash resistant phone bag can be sent back to us for an exchange, refund or store credit valid for a twelve month period. You will be credited for your return postage cost with Free Australia Post Registered Tracking to use on your next order, within Australia. Return postage, freight and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item/s have been used we cannot honour returns for change of mind. The product/s must be in its original condition. There is a 50% deduction if the packaging is damaged during the return delivery, please ensure that it is wrapped and packaged securely.
