We DO NOT withhold information about known issues on items, but because we are all human, mistakes can happen. Refund is for the item only and does not include shipping as this has been paid to the carrier. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, with all new tags attached if applicable. We don't do partial refunds so please don't ask or "fish" (many people out there are doing feedback extortion). We ask that you send the item back for a full refund.
